Innodisk's 3ME4 Slim SSD features L³ architecture with the latest SATA III (6.0 GHz) Marvell NAND controller. Innodisk's unique L³ technology is the L² architecture multiplied by LDPC (Low Density Parity Check). The L2 (Long Life) architecture is a 4K mapping algorithm that reduces the Write Amplification Factor (WAF) and incorporates a real-time wear leveling algorithm to provide high performance and extended life with a exceptional reliability. The Innodisk 3ME4 Slim SSD is designed for industrial applications and supports several standard features such as TRIM, NCQ and SMART.
