The Innodisk mSATA mini 3ME4 is a SATA III 6.0 Gb/s flash-based drive that adopts the latest Marvell NAND controller with Innodisk's unique L³ FW architecture. Enhanced L³ FW architecture combines Innodisk's 4K allocation algorithm L² FW architecture with powerful LDPC technology to provide the 3ME4 series with exceptional IOPS, higher data integrity, and longer lifetime by reducing block numbers defective.- SATA 6Gb/s interface
